Books by Jennifeer Niederst Robbins. This may be good for complete beginners who want to know the background, history, and rational I learned HTML in the 90s with a Visual Quickstart Guide, which helps you learn by doing, usually with easy and illustrated step-by-step exercises.
This book have helped me a lot and I still using it as a reference to my web design work. Just touches on Jscript – not a book for that.
I loved it and would totally recommend it. Not a stitch of ambiguity traversing through a jungle of terms and expressions.
Without trying and making mistakes, you are not learning. A good introductory text.
In there are so many things to know you will anyway forget what you had read or learnt and didn’t used a year ago. It covers all of the important things, with examples. Try a Visual Quickstart Guide if you want to jump right into it.
